Your Content: You retain ownership of all videos you upload and clips you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, and interface, remains our exclusive property.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlipCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KlipCraft from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data may be deleted after 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
